A unique collection of contemporary art, architecture and design relevant to the time and space of the now.

The Sifang Collection, which includes some 300 artworks and over 50 site-specific permanent projects, is located on the Sifang Parkland in Nanjing and is open to the public throughout the year. The Sifang Art Museum, designed by Steven Holl, is the result of collaborative work, with over over twenty award-winning architects and artists being commissioned over the course of a decade to build a series of functional spaces, as well as permanent and temporary art exhibition venues.

Owned by collector Lu Xun, the Sifang Art Museum is built up on a diverse collection of international and Chinese contemporary artists, with the aim to create a haven for art, architecture, design and varied range of artistic activities located in the breathtaking natural surroundings of the Loashan national park.

Together with the Sifang Art Museum, we present a selection of artworks and installation views from the collection.
