Here are the results of the first worldwide rating of art galleries based on collectors’ characterisations here at Independent Collectors. After just five months, 149 international galleries have received a sufficient amount of ratings to justify a preliminary analysis, which followed these two criteria:

(1) Only galleries that have been rated several times were analysed.
(2) The result is a list of the top scorers in each category.

These results will be online until the beginning of 2009, when we will publish the next round. From then on we will update the results every three months.
