With this in mind, Ruiz states that one of the main aims within the collection is to represent the new way of collecting today, by using social media and the internet to open the many possibilities of buying art online through good research and a passion for the artist.

Speaking about the artists in the collection, Ruiz said that “the artist needs to fill my expectation of being totally new with techniques and materials that further open the door for young artists to know that it is possible to gain success in the art world with a medium other than painting.”

I’ve broken the personal barrier of being able to fall in love with a work without not seeing it in person first. It’s the feeling of something that I have fallen in love with, but I cannot touch it or see it until it arrives at my door.
