Independent Collectors

PLANTA is a unique project driven by the Sorigué business group and its foundation, where art and enterprise engage in dialogue. Located within an active industrial complex in Balaguer, Lleida, it is a space where art, architecture, knowledge, and landscape coexist. This unique space brings together extractive activity and traditional industrial processes with agricultural plantations, centers for research and knowledge dissemination, as well as distinctive artistic and architectural spaces known as site-specific installations. Among the artists featured in these spaces are Juan Muñoz, Anselm Kiefer, Antonio López, Bill Viola, Chiharu Shiota and William Kentridge.
