Opened in 2001 in Istanbul Turkey, the private Elgiz Museum has made a name for itself as one of the first institutions to exhibit contemporary art in Turkey. Sprawling over an impressive 2000 square meters, the Elgiz Museum holds work by influential Turkish artists such as Ömer Uluç and Güngör Taner, whilst also including works by leading international names such as Tracey Emin, Gilbert & George and Barbara Kruger to their ever-growing family collection.

Here, The Elgiz Museum have curated an online exhibition with artworks taken from their permanent exhibition.
